All colors are hand-blended, and all transparent pieces are hand-molded with resin, all pearls are natural, making each piece inherently unique with slight variations.

What's In-Stock vs. Backorder?"

In-Stock: Ready-to-ship pieces → Dispatched within 2 business days.

Backorder: Made-to-order pieces → Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.

Please double-check your address during the checkout.

We will ship your items to the address you provide. 
If the parcel gets returned due to an insufficient/wrong address, or the parcel is not picked up within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to us, a resending fee will apply to ship it again.  

Duties & Taxes

Orders outside Canada may be subject to additional import fees, which include VAT, duty, any other local processing fee, upon receipt, depending on your country's regulations that you will be responsible for. Please note that maison miak does not have any control over these fees.

If you want to check the variance of your piece, please reach out. We might be able to pick a specific piece that caters to your preference.

How can I order?

We open our store ONLY ONCE A MONTH — for just 3–4 days at a time. 
This is to keep up with demand and simultaneously protect time for new creations.

Will everything be restocked each month? If not, what will be next time?

For the same reason we open once a month, and to keep things manageable, we only restock selected styles each month.

We ship worldwide, and so far we have shipped to more than 30 countries!

What’s the difference between In-Stock and Backorder?

• In-Stock items are ready to ship and usually dispatch within 2 business days.
• Backorder items are made-to-order. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.

What if my order includes both In-Stock and Backorder items?

Orders mixing In-Stock and Backorder items will ship together when Backorders are ready.
To open up In-Stock availability for those who wish to order only In-Stock pieces, if you place an order that includes at least one Backorder, any in-stock pieces in your order will be moved to backorder status.

Want your In-Stock items sooner?
We recommend placing a separate order for those.

I want to add more pieces to my cart, but I can't. Why?

If you get an error saying the item can’t be added, it means all remaining stock is already in your cart.
To proceed, simply choose the Backorder option for the quantity you want.

Can I convert a clip-on to a standard post (or vice versa)?

Some styles already offer an option to choose your preferred earring back.

If not, you can request a custom conversion — just leave a message in the box during checkout! 
We’re happy to convert clip-on to standard post or the other way around.

Are your pieces sold as singles or pairs?

All our pieces are sold individually, not in pairs.

Is there a limit to how many pieces I can get the Mix & Match discount on?

No, there’s no limit!

You’ll receive CAD$15 off each additional piece, no matter how many you wish to order at once🤍

However, due to a system limitation, the automatic discount is capped at 20 pieces.

If you’d like to order more than that, just send us a message — we've manually adjust your order to make sure the Mix & Match discount still applies.

Can I add more items to my order after it's placed?

Absolutely! - as long as it's still during the open order window.
