How can I order?
We open our store ONLY ONCE A MONTH — for just 4–5 days at a time.
This is to keep up with demand and protect time for new creations simultaneously.
The next order window is always announced on our IG page - stay tuned:)
Will everything be restocked each month? If not, what will be next time?
For the same reason we open once a month, and to keep things manageable, we only restock selected styles each month.
To make it easy to know what’s coming:
Each product page has a clear banner.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, and so far we have shipped to more than 30 countries!
We have 4 different Shipping Blocks.
Check out our "SHIPPING" section to see which block your country belongs, and for details about shipping fee, estimated delivery times.
What’s the difference between In-Stock and Backorder?
- In-Stock items are ready to ship and usually dispatch within 2 business days.
- Backorder items are made-to-order. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.
What if my order includes both In-Stock and Backorder items?
Orders mixing In-Stock and Backorder items will ship together when backorders are ready.
To open up In-Stock availability for those who wish to order only In-Stock pieces, if you place an order that includes at least one Backorder, your entire order will be modified to Backorder.
If you'd like your In-Stock items sooner, we recommend ordering them separately from Backorder pieces.
I want to add more pieces to my cart, but I can't. Why?
If you get an error saying the item can’t be added, it means all remaining stock is already in carts.
To proceed, simply choose the Backorder option for the quantity you want.
Can I convert a clip-on to a standard post (or vice versa)?
Some styles already offer an option to choose your preferred earring back.
If not, you can request a custom conversion — just leave a message in the box during the checkout!
We’re happy to convert clip-on to standard post or the other way around.
Are your pieces sold as singles or pairs?
All our pieces are sold individually, not in pairs.
This is part of our Mix & Match system — you build your own unique set, one piece at a time.
Is there a discount for buying multiple pieces?
Yes! When you order 2 or more pieces, you’ll receive CAD$15 off each additional piece.
No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Is there a limit to how many pieces I can get the Mix & Match discount on?
No, there’s no limit!
You’ll receive CAD$15 off each additional piece, no matter how many you wish to order at once🤍
However, due to a system limitation, the automatic discount is capped at 20 pieces.
If you’d like to order more than that, just send us a message — we've manually adjust your order to make sure the Mix & Match discount still applies.
We've done it in the past and are always happy to help!
Can I add more items to my order after it's placed?
Absolutely! - as long as it's still during the open order window.
Just contact us with your name and order number, and we’ll help you manually add items.
